Qualifications:
✔️At least 5 years of experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in fine dining or premium restaurants.
✔️Skilled in creating and managing wine programs and working with suppliers.
✔️Strong knowledge of global wines, grape varieties, and tasting methods
✔️Works well with chefs, servers, and management to ensure a great guest experience.
✔️Excellent communication and storytelling to make wine experiences engaging and memorable.
✔️Comfortable assisting VIP guests and handling special requests professionally.
✔️Creative in designing unique wine experiences that match the restaurant’s concept.
✔️Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and cellar management.
✔️Wine certifications (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, etc.) are a plus but not required.
