Qualifications:
âī¸At least 5 years of experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in fine dining or premium restaurants.
âī¸Skilled in creating and managing wine programs and working with suppliers.
âī¸Strong knowledge of global wines, grape varieties, and tasting methods
âī¸Works well with chefs, servers, and management to ensure a great guest experience.
âī¸Excellent communication and storytelling to make wine experiences engaging and memorable.
âī¸Comfortable assisting VIP guests and handling special requests professionally.
âī¸Creative in designing unique wine experiences that match the restaurantâs concept.
âī¸Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and cellar management.
âī¸Wine certifications (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, etc.) are a plus but not required.
