Qualifications:
тЬФя╕ПAt least 5 years of experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in fine dining or premium restaurants.
тЬФя╕ПSkilled in creating and managing wine programs and working with suppliers.
тЬФя╕ПStrong knowledge of global wines, grape varieties, and tasting methods
тЬФя╕ПWorks well with chefs, servers, and management to ensure a great guest experience.
тЬФя╕ПExcellent communication and storytelling to make wine experiences engaging and memorable.
тЬФя╕ПComfortable assisting VIP guests and handling special requests professionally.
тЬФя╕ПCreative in designing unique wine experiences that match the restaurantтАЩs concept.
тЬФя╕ПGood understanding of inventory, cost control, and cellar management.
тЬФя╕ПWine certifications (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, etc.) are a plus but not required.
