đïž Deep expertise in regional flavorsâfrom Kerala to Tamil Nadu to Karnataka and Andhra
đœïž Strong flair in menu development, plating, and presentation
đȘ Prior exposure to NSO (New Store Opening) and multi-outlet leadership
đž Someone whoâs media-friendly and can represent the brand publicly with pride
Ideal Background:
