We’re looking for a passionate, media-savvy Head Chef / Executive Chef to lead the culinary journey of our South Coastal cuisine restaurant brand as we enter a dynamic expansion phase.
What We’re Looking For:
👨‍🍳 A seasoned Chef with rich experience in authentic and fusion South Indian coastal cuisine
🏝️ Deep expertise in regional flavors—from Kerala to Tamil Nadu to Karnataka and Andhra
🍽️ Strong flair in menu development, plating, and presentation
🏪 Prior exposure to NSO (New Store Opening) and multi-outlet leadership
📸 Someone who’s media-friendly and can represent the brand publicly with pride

Ideal Background:
